Cold & Dry Storage
JDK has storage facilites with storage temparatures available from -18°c to 15°c.
Blast Freezing
JDK also has Blast Freezing chambers, able to snap freeze product within 24-48 hours. JDK also have a machine designed to remove eggshell spacers in-between lays.
Container Services
At JDK we can assist our clients with container loading and import container unloading facilities as well as manual & slip sheet loading/unloading.
Transport
JDK Transport have all necessary tools that comply with COR legislation.
Outside the typical storage, handling and transport services we have access to contract labour allowing us to assist our customers in tasks such as product inspections, pallet restacking, product thawing, carton stripping and sampling, carton picking orders and restacking / close stacking product onto pallets. Other manual services as requested.

At JDK Management we have the ability to load and unload 20’ and 40’ containers whether it be manual, slip sheet or palletised.
We have invested a considerable amount of time and effort into ensuring the container loading process is prompt without jeopardising quality or product integrity.
We follow a very stringent process that includes Pre-load inspections, Pictures at start, middle and finish of each container, including seal in place and container set point pictures.
All relevant despatch, inspection, export paperwork and pictures are emailed to our customer daily allowing clear records for any future customer inquiries that may arise.
