JDK has adopted advanced scanning technology to allow our customers to monitor their inventory at all times through MICROLISTICS WMS.
All products are scanned and logged on arrival and again on dispatch. Access to this information is immediate without any time delays for data processing. We can even interface our systems with our customers, to allow easier management of Chep pallet accounts, as well as the management of container loading and unloading schedules.
Customers can locate where their inventory items are stored, down to the lane and pallet space that they are located in.
Data on product ageing, date and time of manufacture and other important information can be stored in our inventory management system and recalled at any time 24 hours per day.
All refrigerated rooms are alarmed to alert of power loss or event that could impact on the temperature settings.
Our staff are on call 24 hours a day to attend to any event. The proper care of our customer’s product is of paramount importance to the team at JDK.
